The production facilities hold all, if agreed, applicable system- and production specific approvals e.g. AD 2000 Notice W 0 or ADW 6/2, Directive 97/23/EG, VGB, DVGW certificates and the necessary testing equipment. Any and all legally binding confirmations can be supplied on request.
DEUPOL is also individually technically approved and audited as a supplier for several renowned conglomerates. We even work out customer-specific delivery requirements with you, which can then be specified in future production to meet your specific requirements.
Our deliveries are made in accordance with EU Directive 2006/1907/EC "REACH" and EU Directive 2002/95/EG, subject to the exception regulations for copper alloys. None of the standard brass alloys have a lead content of > 4%. All our brass alloys therefore conform to the RoHS regulations.
We oblige ourselves to a long-term reduction of its energy consumption and improvement of its energy efficiency in a continuous optimization process. Our implementation of these aims is based on the energy management system of the EN ISO 50001:2011 standard. We ensure in the process that the requirements of this standard are realized as well and processes within this energy management system are continuously improved.
