For DEUPOL, quality means much more than that our clients will gladly return to us again, but also that we meet the required standards and have all the required certifications. "Quality is when everything is in order" - meaning that our quality requirement is for everyone who works with us to feel at ease at all times and with certainty. Clear principles have been defined for our corporate activities relating to services and products, as well as our business processes.

Certification
Naturally, we and all of our partners are certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 quality management and observing IATF 16949. This guarantees optimised techniques, processes and procedures in all areas.
The production facilities hold all, if agreed, applicable system- and production specific approvals e.g. AD 2000 Notice W 0 or ADW 6/2, Directive 97/23/EG, VGB, DVGW certificates and the necessary testing equipment. Any and all legally binding confirmations can be supplied on request.
DEUPOL is also individually technically approved and audited as a supplier for several renowned conglomerates. We even work out customer-specific delivery requirements with you, which can then be specified in future production to meet your specific requirements.
Our deliveries are made in accordance with EU Directive 2006/1907/EC "REACH" and EU Directive 2002/95/EG, subject to the exception regulations for copper alloys. None of the standard brass alloys have a lead content of > 4%. All our brass alloys therefore conform to the RoHS regulations.
Energy policy
We oblige ourselves to a long-term reduction of its energy consumption and improvement of its energy efficiency in a continuous optimization process. Our implementation of these aims is based on the energy management system of the EN ISO 50001:2011 standard. We ensure in the process that the requirements of this standard are realized as well and processes within this energy management system are continuously improved.
Quality policy
We have established a quality policy that is attuned to the company's purpose and context. This policy provides a framework for the definition and monitoring of targets in addition to the obligation of meeting corresponding customer, regulatory and statutory requirements, as well as continuously improving the management system.
Environmental policy
Protecting the environment has a very high priority and we are aware of our responsibility for nature and humanity. Economic action based on ecological principles is the set aim of our environmental policy. The productions permanently strive to optimize the process conditions ever further.
